Clients want and demand the highest level of legal services at an affordable price. Billing a client at an hourly rate is not always the most efficient or cost-effective way to charge for legal services. As a result, clients are asking for "alternative fee billing" for legal services to be delivered at prices that are predictable and make business sense. As well as providing reasonable hourly rates, I offer my clients’ alternative and flexible fee arrangements ranging from flat fees, monthly & annual retainers, and contingency fee agreements for certain litigation cases where a fee is only paid if we win your case.
